Skyllaney Opto-Mechanics is able to convert non-rangefinder lenses to become LTM/ M mount lenses with full RF coupling using a variety of methods.
Donor helicoids can be used for a wide variety of lens conversions. They can be sourced from vintage lenses like Jupiter Zorki series, Canon LTM series, Nippon Kogaku LTM series, even Leica LTM and M series.
Often, the optics inside these lenses may have severe issues that make their repair non cost-effective. However, the good working helicoids and lens mechanics can be re-used to convert other non-rangefinder lenses through a series of new conversion parts and existing part modifications.
Skyllaney Opton-Mechanics has in-house lathes and CNC machines that are solely dedicated to the fabrication and modification of mechanical lens parts to facilitate the creation of custom rangefinder lenses.

The conversion process is an ideal time to have the lens professionally repainted in a variety of finishes, like Black Chrome, Nickel, Gloss Black, Antique, Silver Chrome and a near infinite selection of cerakote colours. We use the services of Camerakote for lens repaint, please see a small selection of available finishes in the image below.
